How it started
From one apartment to twenty-one
Fair Rentals began with a single apartment in Wrocław in 2018. Małgorzata, with fifteen years of experience in hospitality, decided to apply her hotel-grade standards to short-term rentals. She knew one thing: if you treat a Guest like a guest, they come back.
Two years later Agnieszka joined. Previously a project manager in the tech industry, responsible for scaling operations. She brought what the business needed most: systems, processes, integrations — everything that makes quality repeatable, not accidental.
Today we manage 21 apartments in Wrocław. Every one received in person. Every one with a consistent standard. A 9.6 average on Booking and 4.7 on Google isn't a target — it's the consequence of how we treat each booking and each Owner.
