    We visit the apartment and prepare a realistic projection: average occupancy, seasonality, expected monthly rate. No window-dressing — we prefer to under-promise.

  3. Agreement & setup

    We sign an agreement with a clear split of revenue and responsibilities. We run a photoshoot, write listings in PL and EN, and connect the apartment to all platforms.

  4. First bookings

    Your listing goes live and the first bookings usually arrive within days. You receive a monthly report and a transfer — the rest happens behind the scenes.
