We sign an agreement with a clear split of revenue and responsibilities. We run a photoshoot, write listings in PL and EN, and connect the apartment to all platforms.

Portfolio averages
Every apartment is different, so we don’t promise specific amounts. Instead we share averaged portfolio results — on a calendar-year basis, after platform commissions.
