Welcome to our comfortable apartment, featuring modern design and high-quality finishes. The apartment includes a balcony and air conditioning. The kitchenette is functional, elegant, and fully equipped (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle). A washing machine is located in the built-in hallway wardrobe. The bedroom features a large bed, comfortable lighting, and a spacious wardrobe. The apartment also offers a workspace and fast internet access. Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom, and balcony.
There are many shops in the immediate area. About a 3-minute walk away, there is an indoor swimming pool (open all year) and an outdoor swimming pool (open in summer). Another 5-minute walk takes you to the large HotSpot beach bar (summer season), as well as nearby parks. The tram stop is located right next to the estate, and the journey to the city center takes about 15 minutes. Parking is available directly in the building. Check-in is self-service using access codes.
