We offer you a new, fully equipped and spacious apartment with a terrace and a fenced garden located in the Port Popowice residential estate. The apartment consists of a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a living room with a large, fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances for cooking, including an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, and more. The entrance area and bedroom feature large, spacious wardrobes. The apartment is new, modern, and comfortable for both leisure and business stays. A parking space is located directly under the building and is included in the price of the stay.
Right next to the apartment, there is a tram stop that takes you to the city center of Wroclaw in about 15 minutes. In the surrounding area, you will find many green spaces such as Polana Popowicka, Western Park, and walking areas along the Odra River. During the summer season, we recommend the nearby HotSpot Beach Bar. About 200 meters from the apartment is the Orbita Hall, which offers an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor pool, and an ice rink (in winter season). It also hosts concerts and sports events. The estate includes shops, bakeries, a drugstore, and many other local services. For families, nearby playgrounds and a children’s playroom (FikuMiku Playroom) are available.
